ICES promotes the art of cake decorating by awarding annual scholarships that can be used to study the sugar arts with our ICES Approved Teachers. Anyone interested in furthering their knowledge of sugar art and sharing that knowledge with others is invited to apply for a scholarship.

ICES prides itself on building a family. We share the same talents and goals. Your ICES family will be there for you when you need a shoulder to lean on, to celebrate your success and to build you up when you need a cheerleader.

ICES is comprised of an international network of sugar artists with skills in every medium. From beginner to master, from hobbyist to professional, you will find members whose skills and experience will both enhance and elevate your own skill set

ICES offers two certification programs, local classes, events, and competitions. Our Annual Convention and Show features internationally renowned instructors and sugar artists from around the world.
