Nov 6, 2016: Pennsylvania ICES presents “SWEET SHOE EZ – ISOMALT SHOE CLASS” by Kathy Scott, CMSA at Country Inn and Suites, 245 St. Charles Way, York, PA 17402. 9:00-11:00 a.m. During this 2-hour class students will learn to make a quick Isomalt shoe that will be ready to place on a cake in 30 minutes. While this class will be using hot sugar, don’t be afraid … with this new setup you don’t even touch hot sugar. I will also demo how you can use this technique with edible images, fondant, chocolate or combinations of different mediums. All supplies included. A 12-piece Sweet Shoe EZ kit that includes heel mold, sole and insert mats, the back, strap and two toe frames, 2 silicone pads and 2 Styrofoam Drying forms will be offered to class participants at a reduced price.
