Wilbur Brand Memorial Service Award
In August 1989, the ICES Board of Directors established an award to recognize and honor people who have given exceptional service to ICES. Wilbur Brand had worked in many capacities on ICES’ behalf since its inception and, at the time of his death, he was a member of the Board of Directors. The recipient of this award is both nominated and chosen by the current Board of Directors.
