ICES Events

ICES Days of Sharing/Chapter Events are local ICES events held by members to meet, decorate, learn and network with other sugar art enthusiasts. Days of Sharing usually include demonstrations, a breakfast and/or lunch and a business meeting. ICES-affiliated events are published free of charge and are subject to editing with regard to content and space availability.

Illinois State ICES is having a Weekend of Sharing September 18-20, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Willowbrook, Illinois. We will have 8 Hands-On Classes and 18 demonstrations including demonstrators Michaelle Stidham, Beth Parvu, Pat Jacoby, Diane Gruenberg and Linda McClure. There is an early bird registration and all the registration information and details of all classes and demonstrations are on the Illinois website. The Florida Chapter of ICES will hold a Day of Sharing on Sunday, September 26 in Daytona Beach, FL. There will be great demos and lunch will be provided to those who pre-register.  Bring your sugar arts to display and enter in our raffle.  The raffle benefits the Florida Chapter of ICES scholarship program. September 30 & October 1, 2010 - The Tennessee Chapter of ICES will host a 2 day class with Bronwen Weber to be held at Cedars of Lebanon State Park, Group Lodge, Lebanon, TN. This sculpting class will focus on the creation of a 3-D standing Santa figure. Supplies will be provided.  $400 for ICES Members and $450 for Non-members. Lodging is available for a modest fee. Virginia ICES is proud to present "The National Capital Area Cake Show" - March 26 & 27 2011 held at the Northern Virginia Community College Annandale Campus!
