Witness a large display of Sugar Artistry at Sirimawo Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07, Western Province 00700 Sri Lanka. Over 2000 displays in a single event, showcasing the best talent in Sugar Craft and Artistry. Each year, our school holds the biggest cake show in Sri Lanka with over 500 student entries, displaying over 2000 sugar craft pieces. Entry is a requirement in order to obtain the “Advanced Diploma in Cake Decorating”, this includes many delicate crafting techniques, such as stringwork, piping and sugar flowers. Or you can email a brief (5-6 sentences) description of your DOS/Event to each individual committee (a list can be found on the “Contact” page under “Board”). Be sure to give the name of your organization, the exact address to include zip code, dates & times, as well as contact information. A one page Flyer can also be included.
