March 7 & 8, 2015: Malmee Cake Exhibition 2015. Witness a large display of Sugar Artistry at Sirimawo Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07, Western Province 00700 Sri Lanka. Over 2000 displays in a single event, showcasing the best talent in Sugar Craft and Artistry. Each year, our school holds the biggest cake show in Sri Lanka with over 500 student entries, displaying over 2000 sugar craft pieces. Entry is a requirement in order to obtain the “Advanced Diploma in Cake Decorating”, this includes many delicate crafting techniques, such as stringwork, piping and sugar flowers. There are divisions for every skill level and great prizes for the lucky winners. Fabulous classes being offered by renowned teachers. We have numerous vendors (over 40) ready to show you their new products for 2015.
