ICES home page ads: $250 per month
"Convention News" page: $150 per month
Request a page: $150 per month
All other pages: $75 per month.
Online Advertising Policy
Ads are on a first come, first served basis. Standard banner ad size is 180 x 150 (width x height), up to 100 dpi. Submit completed ads; ICES staff will not build ads. Ad pricing and placement begins the first day of the month and expires on the last day of the month, regardless of number of days. Ad payment is due before ad will be placed. No late charges apply; any unpaid or unrenewed ads will be removed without notice and the advertising space sold to the next advertiser. Placement renewals are first refusal of the current advertiser in good standing. Ads must be in good taste; any ad not deemed to be in good taste or family-friendly will not be uploaded, but returned for revision. If revisions are not completed and re-submitted within two business days, the ad space will be sold to the next advertiser. No refunds are available once payment has been made.
Newsletter Advertising Policy
Ads for the newsletter must be received by the 25th of the month, two months preceding issue month (September 25 for November issue, and so on). All ads are payable in advance before publication.
