Welcome to the official website for the International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES). ICES is an international organization that proudly serves over 4,000 registered members from around the world. We welcome new members whether they are novices or experienced cake and sugar artists. In addition, our current membership consists of many talented and recognized cake and sugar artists from every corner of the globe. Membership includes a monthly newsletter published 11 times a year, as well as an invitation to attend our annual Convention and Show. We offer our members the opportunity to apply for Scholarships to hone their skills with ICES Approved Teachers. If you are an experienced cake or sugar artist, we encourage you to apply for and become one of our many valued ICES Approved Teachers. ICES also offers you the opportunity to become a Certified Sugar Artist or Certified Master Sugar Artist through an extensive testing process that takes place during Convention. More information regarding these programs can be found on this website. In addition, we encourage our members to submit articles or share pictures of their creations with us for publication in our monthly newsletter.
